We have conducted a significant number of PCAs and are well-equipped to thoroughly evaluate the physical condition of a building or property. Our comprehensive analysis helps our clients make the best decisions regarding their investment.

The development phase includes project design, permits and approvals, and assembling a team of experts (e.g., engineers, architects, contractors).
