We have conducted a significant number of PCAs and are well-equipped to thoroughly evaluate the physical condition of a building or property. Our comprehensive analysis helps our clients make the best decisions regarding their investment.

JiL Group's experts inspect both the interior and exterior of the building, as well as any common areas, such as lobbies, stairwells, parking lots, and other shared amenities. Our report details the current state of the property, identifying potential areas for improvement.
